Contact Tool Orchard

Get in touch

The simplest way to contact Tool Orchard is by email at hello@toolorchard.com. You are welcome to report a calculation problem, suggest a tool, raise an accessibility or privacy concern, or ask about the site.

Reporting a problem

Please include the page address or tool name, the values and units entered, the result you expected, the result received, and the device or browser used. A screenshot can be helpful, but remove personal or confidential information first.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private keys, confidential documents, health information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Response and records

Messages are reviewed as availability permits; there is no guaranteed response time. They are used to understand and respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate correspondence records, protect the service and improve the site. There is no mailing list, and contacting Tool Orchard does not create an account.

Important enquiries

For a privacy-rights request, use the subject line “Privacy request”. For a security concern, use “Security report” and avoid including exploit details that could put visitors at risk until contact has been established. Tool Orchard does not provide emergency, financial, legal or engineering consultancy through this address.
